What feels bad must be good for you

Went hiking with a buddy for 2 hours, and tennis right after in the rain.
Going from no activity at all to 120%, I foresee painful muscle cramps in the near future that is tomorrow.

Also, I seem to have a thing for long necks that defy the laws of gravity. Go long necks go!
