Lately, I've been feeling unhealthy in the extreme, from not exercising and eating correctly. (Actually I haven't been eating that much at all due to laziness and forgetfulness. When I was a kid, I would cry for no reason, and it turned out I was hungry and simply couldn't tell. What a dumbo. :'D)
So I figure it was a good time as any to switch up the routine. I'm going to exercise for at least 20 minutes a day and eat 5 small meals lest my bones turn into gelatin yay.
